I didn't receive an email...

1. Give it a little longer - we send it straight away but sometimes these things can take time.
2. Check your spam folder - it may have ended up in there. Hotmail is really bad for this.
3. If you're using Gmail, check under the promotions or social tabs.
4. Did you enter your email address correctly? If you didn't, you can try again.
5. If all else fails, contact us.
