We've removed all requirements to sign for your parcels, allowing for no contact delivery.
At the moment, UK shipments using standard delivery are taking around 5 working days to be delivered, which is a couple of days longer than normal, due to the impact of lock-down restrictions in the delivery network. For this reason, delivery times are not guaranteed.If you're in a rush, we'd recommend upgrading to a faster service.
We're shipping orders everyday (Monday to Friday) but to protect our staff, we've reduced the number of warehouse people working at the same time, which means it may take a day longer than normal to dispatch your order. We're prioritising next day services so they'll still leave us the same day if you order before 4pm. Standard deliveries may take an extra working day to be dispatched.
International orders are still being delivered, but may take longer than normal, as fewer international flights and customs clearance backlogs are causing delays, so please allow extra time for delivery. Delivery days stated are estimates, and not guaranteed.
We're currently seeing longer delays in some countries, particularly in more remote areas of Europe, Australia and Canada due to the large back-logs in these countries, but things are improving now that Christmas is behind us.
We've extended our returns window to 60 days
UK returns are generally OK as post offices are open, and we're receiving parcels on a daily basis but they do seem to be taking longer than normal to get back to us.
International returns are taking longer than usual to get back to us. This is because transport networks are busy due to the time of year, and there are still fewer international flights.
To ensure the safety of everyone in our team, only our warehouse team who are physically picking orders are working at 2T HQ.
Every member of our staff is happy that we're fully compliant with the latest UK Government COVID SECURE guidance for warehouses.
These staff are taking the upmost care to social distance at all times; staying 2 metres apart, staggering shifts, not sharing computers or other handheld equipment, and practising rigorous hygiene processes by hand washing, and disinfecting surfaces and desks, warehouse equipment and door handles frequently. Delivery and collection drivers and other visitors are not allowed to enter our building.
Everyone else is still working from home. Although we’ll be able to answer calls remotely, it may be best to email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
We're a small, close-knit team at 2T HQ, and we are all sticking together as always.
We're not currently allowing any visitors to our warehouse. In accordance with UK government guidance, warehouses should not be open to visitors and changing rooms must stay closed at this time.
If you're local, you can still collect an order; just place your order online as normal, but enter our address as your delivery address (just search 2tall.com) and you won't be charged for delivery.
We'll hold your order, and you can call us on 0333 800 5225 when you're outside (Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm) and we can bring your order out to your car.
