We offer delivery to the following international destinations: 

In Europe, we offer 2 delivery services: economy in 3-5 days, and express in 2-3 days which costs an extra €10.

For the rest of the world, typical delivery times are: USA 2-3 daysCanada 3-5 days, Australia + New Zealand 7-10 days:

Our daily cut-off time is 4pm (current UK time) Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day, and orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. All days quoted are working days (Monday to Friday - excluding bank holidays) - we don't dispatch over the weekend or on UK bank holidays (see below for a list of dates below) * All times are GMT/BST. 


BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, please make your credit card company aware that you're going to place an online order with a UK company, as many card companies block international transactions by default. If your card is declined, this will be the reason why, and you'll need to contact your bank and ask them to have the block lifted.


Your order is tracked for your peace of mind, and will require a signature upon delivery. We generally use Royal Mail for smaller slower services, and both DHL and Fedex for larger and express services. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order, and another confirming dispatch, which will contain tracking details to allow you to follow your shipment via the relevant couriers website.

A few important notes about international deliveries:


We will pre-select your delivery country and your currency based on your IP address. We accept payments in £ GBP, € EUROS or $ USD. If we don’t accept payment in your currency, we'll use our default currency £ GBP. You can select your preferred currency on the top right of every page. You will need to checkout in £ GBP if you want to pay with PayPal.

# These delivery prices exclude VAT.  If we're shipping your order outside the European Economic Area your prices will not include 20% UK VAT (the UK equivalent of Sales Tax). However, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs. This doesn't mean you'll pay more for your items that you would have done if you had bought them from us in the UK - it's just that you've not paid the UK VAT (sales tax) that we have to charge EU customers, but means that instead, you'll be paying your government about the same amount. 

International delivery prices are based on a maximum weight for your order of 10kg / 22 pounds, which is about 10 pairs of jeans, but only 2 pairs of shoes (weighed volumetrically). Deliveries above this weight, or for remote locations will be subject to further charges. or geographical restrictions. If we're unable to ship your order, we'll contact you to let you know.

Should you miss your delivery, you should contact the carrier immediately to re-arrange, as it will normally be returned to us around 7 days after to first delivery attempt. Any costs incurred by us in recovering a failed delivery will be deducted from any refund.

While we do everything in our power to dispatch your order for delivery within the time frames quoted above - sometimes things happen - bad weather, systems failures, flight delays, international customs etc, which mean that in exceptional circumstances, delays can occur for reasons outwith our control, and therefore delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times quoted are estimates based on information supplied by couriers.
