We will send you an e-mail to confirm your order, and a second confirming dispatch, which will contain details of the courier we've used and your tracking number.
Standard delivery normally takes 2-3 working days via Royal Mail's tracked service. You'll get an email from Royal Mail the day it's due to be delivered. It's normally (but not always) delivered by your postman (shoes for big feet are heavy and so might require a van). We quote 2-3 days as the typical delivery time, which we constantly monitor, and find that the vast majority of orders are delivered in 2 working days. However, in exceptional circumstances, it can take up to 7 working days for Royal Mail to deliver. If you miss your Royal Mail delivery, and it needs to be re-arranged for another day, or picked up from your local depot, please ensure you do this within 14 days or it will be returned to us. If required, Royal Mail customer service can be contacted on 03457 740 740. You will need your Royal Mail tracking number ready when you call.
If you're never at home, you can also Click and Collect your order from your local Post Office.
We're currently trialling UK next day and EU delivery with DPD, however, their cut-off time is 1:30pm, which means that orders placed before this time will ship with DPD and orders placed after this time will ship with Fedex/DHL. DPD offer a range of convenient delivery services, such as pick-up from a local drop-off point and texting ahead with a 1 hour delivery window. You can manage the delivery of your parcel via the email notification they send you when we ship your parcel, or take a look at their website for more details. If required, DPD customer service can be contacted on 0121 275 0500. You will need your tracking number (from our "we've dispatched your order" email) ready when you call.
Next working day delivery is via DHL or Fedex, and will require a signature upon delivery. It will usually be delivered during the working day (8am until 6pm but may be later at busy times such as after Black Friday). If you're not in, we instruct them to leave it with your next door neighbour if possble, but this is at the drivers discretion. You'll be left instructions via a card or email/text message to re-arrange delivery, or details on how to collect it from your local collection point. Please ensure you collect your parcel within 7 days or it will be returned to us. If you need to talk to someone to rearrange your delivery, DHL customer service can be contacted on 0344 248 0012 and Fedex UK customer service can be contacted on 03456 000068. You will need your tracking number (from our "we've dispatched your order" email) ready when you call.
Saturday delivery is also available for orders placed up until 4pm on the Friday. Orders placed during the week will be held and dispatched on Friday. This service is delivered by Fedex and is not available to remote/non-mainland locations. Other details are the same as our next working day service above.

While we do everything in our power to dispatch your order for delivery within the time frames quoted above - sometimes things happen - road works, bad weather, systems failures, traffic accidents etc, which mean that in exceptional circumstances, delays can occur for reasons outwith our control, and therefore delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If your next working day or Saturday delivery arrives late because of a failure of the courier, we'll refund the additional charge you paid for that delivery service.
