Standard delivery normally takes 2-3 working day via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 Service and is traceable to your front door. It's normally (but not always) delivered by your postman (shoes for big feet are heavy and so might require a van). We quote 2-3 days as the typical delivery time, and randomly check this to confirm - the vast majority of orders are delivered in 2 working days. However, in exceptional circumstances, it can take up to 7 working days for Royal Mail to deliver.

Next working day delivery is via FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery, and will be delivered duing the working day (8am until 6pm). We ask FedEx to leave your parcel with a neighbour if possible, but this is at the drivers discression, based on them being able to find a safe place to leave it. If you need to ask Fedex for re-delivery, or to collect it from their local depot, please make sure you do so within 7 days or it will be returned to us. If required, FedEx UK customer service can be contacted on 03456 070809. You will need your FedEx tracking number ready when you call.

Next working day delivery isn't available to the following remote postcodes.

Orders must be received by 2pm (Monday to Friday) to ensure that we can dispatch your order the same day.  Orders placed after 2pm UK time on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. We don't dispatch or deliver over the weekend or on UK bank holidays. Please be aware that local holidays may be different to UK bank holiday dates.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery. If you won't be in, you're welcome to enter an alternative delivery address, such as your work address, or to a friend or relative if you won't be home to receive your order.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order, and another confirming dispatch, which will contain tracking details to allow you to follow your shipment via the relevant couriers website.

A few important notes about deliveries:

We will pre-select your delivery country and your currency based on your IP address. We accept payments is £ GBP, € EUROS or $ USD. You can select your prefered currency on the top right of every page. PayPal is only available in £ GBP.

Please note, we cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please supply a physical street address.

While we do everything in our power to dispatch your order for delivery within the time frames quoted above - sometimes things happen - bad weather, systems failures, traffic accidents etc etc, which mean that in exceptional circumstances, delays can occur for reasons outwith our control. If we find out that there is going to be a delay, we'll do our best to let you know.
