Ahead of the NBA draft last night, Forbes magazine looked at this years crop of talent, and asked

"is being 7 feet tall the fastest way to get rich in America ?"

Not sure that I agree with some of the facts here -I find it hard to believe that there are "no more than 70 American men are between the ages of 20 and 40 and at least 7 feet tall"

The average NBA player stands 6'7" tall (the same height as the average 2tall.com customer) and earns $2.4 million, whereas the guys 7'0" plus have an average salary of $6.1 million.

Is this the same in the real world ? Do tall people earn more ?
