DELIVERY DATES

The cut off time for UK express deliveries is 3pm on Wednesday 20th December 2023.

The cut off time for UK standard deliveries is 3pm on Monday 18th December 2023.

The cut off time for express international deliveries (when available) is 3pm on Friday 15th December.

The cut off time for international standard delivery is Friday 8th December at 3pm.

We'll continue to ship orders until we close for Christmas at 3pm on Friday 22nd December, but these won't arrive until after Christmas.

We re-open after the Christmas break on Wednesday 27th December, 2023 when we'll ship orders placed over the Christmas break. We then close again for the New Year break from 5pm on Friday 29th December 2023, returning to work on Wednesday 3rd January 2024. All orders placed over the New Year break will be shipped on the 3rd once we re-open, and our delivery schedule returns to normal.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

At Christmas, we extend our normal returns policy to cover items purchased as gifts after the 1st November 2023

You're welcome to return an item after Christmas for a refund, or to exchange it for a different size/colour etc. This applies to both our UK and international customers. Just follow our normal returns procedures, which can be found here

Please send your return before Friday 26th January 2024.

OPENING HOURS

We'll be closing for the Christmas break at 5pm on Friday 22nd December re-opening on Wednesday 27th December, when we'll ship orders placed over the Christmas break.

We then close again for the New Year break from 5pm on Friday 29th December, returning to work on Wednesday 3rd January 2024. All orders placed over the New Year break will be shipped on the 3rd once we re-open, and our delivery schedule returns to normal.

CAN I CLICK AND COLLECT ?

Yes - during our checkout, you can opt to have your order delivered to your local post office if you'd prefer. It'll be ready to pick up in a couple of days (UK customers only)

About Us
Our customers are normal sized men who are tall - and need extra long, not extra wide clothes. We start where high street tall sizes finish - our customers start around 6'4" and everyday we help guys who are 7 foot plus. We're a tall business - owned and operated by tall men for tall men.
